Phosphate solubilizing microorganisms boon for orange croup

Abstract: Orange has high economic impact most important commercial fruit in India number of nutrients required for growth one of this is phosphate required for root development, flowering, signal transduction, respiration most of the phosphate that enter into soil are converted into insoluble form. according to soil survey near about 40% agricultural soil shows phosphorous deficiency to overcome this soil is contain group of microorganisms that convert insoluble phosphate in to the form which easily available to plants this group of organisms know as phosphate solubilizing microorganisms which included the bacteria and fungi so it is known as boon for orange croup. Phosphate solubilizing microorganisms produces no of substances that sidophore, plant growth harmones, antibiotic.
